1. Scale vs. Acceleration
Beginners think Scale = Change $100 to $1000. Result: The AI enters a chaotic “Relearning” phase, and CPA triples. Advanced Definition: Scale is duplicating a proven “Profit Structure.”
2. Two Paths
- Vertical: Increasing budget in an existing group. Rule: No more than 20% every 48 hours.
- Horizontal: Duplicating winning assets to new audiences or new platforms. Stability through diversity.
3. Brand in Action: Gymshark’s “Node-based” Scaling
Gymshark didn’t scale by fighting for FB bids. They signed hundreds of influencers. Each influencer was an independent “Node.” When one succeeded, they replicated that model with 10 more similar influencers.
Lesson: The strongest scale happens “Outside the System.” When your structure is stable (SOP-based), scaling is just Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V.
