Online Marketing Consultant

Turn scattered activity into a measurable growth plan.

Diagnose what is limiting growth, decide what deserves attention, and leave with prioritized experiments your team can execute and measure.

Review the consulting scope
Multiple marketing signals converging into a focused measurement and growth system

For the gap between activity and confident decisions

More campaigns do not automatically produce better learning. This engagement creates an independent view of the whole growth system before more time or budget is committed.

  • You are active on several channels but cannot tell what is actually contributing to growth.
  • Campaign metrics look healthy, but qualified leads, sales, retention, or repeat usage are not improving.
  • Your team has many marketing ideas but no shared order of priority or reliable way to evaluate them.
  • You want an independent diagnosis before increasing budget, changing direction, or hiring an agency.

Diagnose the system, not just the ads

A campaign can only perform within the system around it. The review connects customer understanding, acquisition, conversion, and measurement before recommending tactics.

Positioning & audience
Clarify the customer, problem, value proposition, competitive context, and reasons to choose your offer.
Acquisition & channels
Assess channel roles, traffic quality, campaign structure, and how attention moves toward a business outcome.
Conversion journey
Find friction between first contact, consideration, action, onboarding, retention, and repeat usage.
Measurement & learning
Define useful KPIs, decision thresholds, experiment logic, and what the team needs to learn next.

Outputs made for action and learning

Every recommendation is tied to a decision, an owner, or something the team needs to learn.

Diagnostic brief
A concise assessment of positioning, funnel, channels, measurement gaps, and constraints affecting performance.
Priority roadmap
Recommended actions organized by expected value, evidence, effort, risk, and dependency.
Experiment backlog
Testable hypotheses with an audience, channel, message, success metric, owner, and review point.
KPI framework
A practical measurement structure connecting marketing activity to customer behavior and business outcomes.

How the engagement works

The scope begins with a business decision, not a preferred platform or tactic.

  1. 1. Define the decision

Clarify the business outcome, current uncertainty, available evidence, and constraints before reviewing tactics.

  2. 2. Review the evidence

Examine positioning, channels, campaigns, funnel behavior, analytics, and lessons from previous activity.

  3. 3. Diagnose the system

Identify bottlenecks, unsupported assumptions, measurement gaps, and priorities competing for the same resources.

  4. 4. Build the action plan

Turn findings into sequenced experiments, KPIs, ownership, and explicit review or course-correction points.

Platform-aware, not platform-led

Recommendations may span Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE, or LinkedIn, but channel selection follows the customer journey, evidence, and business objective—not platform popularity.

A clear service boundary

This strategy and diagnosis engagement does not include ad account operation, media buying, daily campaign management, creative production, or guaranteed performance outcomes.

Common questions

What should I prepare?

Share whatever already exists: business goals, customer information, campaign reports, analytics exports, creative examples, previous tests, and the decision you are struggling to make. A polished brief is not required.

Can you work with our agency or marketing team?

Yes. I can gather context from them, challenge assumptions constructively, and deliver priorities they can execute.

Do we need reliable analytics first?

No. Missing or unreliable measurement is itself a useful finding. I separate what the evidence supports from what still needs instrumentation or testing.

Do you guarantee revenue or ROAS improvements?

No. Outcomes also depend on the offer, product, pricing, sales process, execution, budget, competition, and market conditions. The engagement improves diagnosis and decision quality.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Daily campaign management, media buying, and content production are not included. Your team or implementation partner can execute the plan; separate review support can be scoped.
